Warranty:
Limited Lifetime Warranty for Concrete Epoxy And Floor Coatings:
Residential Garages, Basements and living Areas.
Floor coating materials (up to a maximum of 3000 square feet) are warranted to the original consumer purchaser as follows: 1) against peeling/delamination from the concrete for three (3) Years as long as the original customer purchaser owns the home in which the floor coating materials were installed.
EXCLUSIONS : This limited warranty does not apply to, and DrepoxyWV will not be responsible for, Norma wear and tear, or any damage to floor coatings or other property caused by improper repairs made or attempted by any one other than Drepoxywv, faulty maintenance, Miss use, abuse, neglect, extreme temperatures, staining or peeling caused by cracking of the substrate material and or concrete, defective substrate, hydrostatic pressure or moisture vapor transmission levels greater than FIVE (5) lb, battery acid, brake fluid or other industrial fluid or cleaners, or as a result of accident, moving of heavy equipment, casualty, or natural disasters.
*This limited warranty is non-transferable and acceptable only to the owner of the property at the time of contracting and site, of work performed. Warranty repairs do not consist of an extension of the original warranty period for the original insulation and any specific compound or part thereof respectfully Drepoxywv.
Commercial/Industrial Buildings:
Floor coating materials installed in commercial, industrial, or business use buildings (up to a maximum of 8000 square feet) are warranted to the original customer purchaser, And site of work that was performed against the following conditions for a period of TWO (2) years from the date of substantial completion of DrEpoxyWV’ work: peeling /delamination from the concrete.
EXCLUSIONS : This limited warranty does not apply to, and DrepoxyWV will not be responsible for, Norma wear and tear, or any damage to floor coatings or other property caused by improper repairs made or attempted by any one other than Drepoxywv, faulty maintenance, Miss use, abuse, neglect, extreme temperatures, staining or peeling caused by cracking of the substrate material and or concrete, defective substrate, hydrostatic pressure or moisture vapor transmission levels greater than THREE (3) lb, battery acid, brake fluid or other industrial fluid or oils or cleaners, or as a result of accident, moving of heavy equipment, casualty, or natural disasters.

Floor coating materials (up to a maximum of 3000 square feet) are warranted to the original consumer purchaser against the following conditions for a period of TWO (2) years from the date of substantial completion of DrepoxyWV’s work: peeling /delamination from the concrete.
Exclusions: This Limited Warranty does not apply to, And Drepoxywv will not be responsible for, normal wear and tear, or any damage to floor coatings or other property caused by improper repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Drepoxywv, faulty maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, extreme temperatures, staining or peeling caused by cracking of the substrate material and or concrete, defective substrate, hydrostatic pressure or moisture vapor transmission levels greater than FIVE(5) lbs., battery acid, brake fluid or other industrial fluid or oils or cleaner, or as a result of any accident, moving of heavy object, casualty, or natural disasters.

Warranty repairs do not constitute of an extension of the original warranty period for the original installation or any specific component or part thereof. Respectfully DrepoxyWV.
Limited Lifetime warranty
Labor for Repair/Replacement:
For floor coatings applied to residential garages, exterior surfaces, and commercial/industrial buildings, and all structures that were applied by DrEpoxyWV to the original property owner, will also provide concrete floor coating replacement or repair at DrEpoxyWV discretion and suggestion, labor free of charge for a period of TWO (2) years from the date of substantial completion of DrEpoxyWV work. DrepoxyWV’s sole obligation shall be to repair or reinstallation, At DrEpoxyWV’s OPTION, any defective floor area and or cove.
DrEpoxyWV’s obligation shall be limited to the cost of labor by the time limits stated herein.
Exclusions: This Limited Warranty does not apply to, and DrEpoxyWV will not be responsible for, normal wear and tear or any damage to floor or cove or other property caused by the moving of objects or improper care or repairs of floor or attempted by anyone other than DrEpoxyWV, faulty maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, extreme temperatures, fire, rain, flood or any other liquids, or as a result of any accident, casualty, or natural disasters.
This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by UV, fading, dampness, overloading, rain, or flooding. Repair or Replacement will be provided to the closest color available at the time of warranty claim, colors may be discontinued, and existing colors may fade with time which may cause the replacement and or repair to have a different color or tone than the existing color (this may cause the replacement to not match the existing floor color.).
Purchaser’s Exclusive Remedy and Limitation on Liability: The foregoing Limited Lifetime Warranty’s will be the consumer purchaser’s sole and exclusive only remedy against DrEpoxyWV And Owner, whether in contract, under statute (including provisions as to the conditions as to the quality or fitness for any particular purpose of goods supplied according to the contract of sale), warranty, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
DISCLAIMER :
THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY GIVEN BY DREPOXYWV CONCERNING THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, INSTALLATION AND MATERIALS PROVIDED UNDER THIS CONTRACT. DREPOXYWV AND THE OWNER OF DREPOXYWV MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
DrEpoxyWV’s liability to consumer purchaser on any claim for loss or damage arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the contract of sale, or the performance or breach thereof, or from the design, manufacture, sale, delivery, installation, service, repair or use of the floor coatings provided hereunder shall not exceed the price to consumer purchaser of repair or replacement of the defective part or component.
In No event shall Drepoxywv be liable for special or consequential damages including, but not limited to, injuries to persons or damage to property, loss of profits or anticipated profits, or loss of use of any property.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
